Julia Fox's 2022 'Vanity Fair' Oscars After-Party Look Features Leather and a Human Hair Clutch

Yes, you read that correctly.

Julia Fox is no stranger to experimenting when it comes to her sense of style. For the 2022 Vanity Fair Oscars after-party, the Uncut Gems star wore an all-leather ensemble, which she accessorized with a clutch made out of human hair, according to Fox herself.

The actor’s black leather floor-length gown was by Han Kjøbenhavn. In addition to the human hair clutch, Fox made her look pop with a fresh take on her signature fox eye, which she recently recorded a makeup tutorial for. Rather than covering her entire eyes with black eye shadow, she went for more of an avant-garde cat-eye.

Fox takes pride in her one-of-a-kind makeup style. “It’s really not that serious, I promise,” she previously said in her makeup tutorial. “I’m gonna look bomb when I’m done. It’s really like painting. It’s art, f–k anyone that says differently.”

She added, “I love it, I think it’s fierce. I don’t give a f–k what the haters say.”
