Megan Thee Stallion Spices Up "We Don't Talk About Bruno" at 2022 Oscars
The Houston rapper joined the ‘Encanto’ cast on stage.
Megan Thee Stallion unexpectedly joined the cast of Encanto during their first live performance of “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” at the 2022 Oscars.
Adassa (who played Dolores), Stephanie Beatriz (Mirabel), Mauro Castillo (Felix), Carolina Gaitan (Pepa) and Diane Guerrero (Isabela) opened the number with their original parts. Towards the middle of the song, the Houston rapper appeared in a yellow-gold dress spitting bars that included references to the 94th Academy Awards. “Stars everywhere, I need to see Oscars/Zendaya over there,” the artist rapped. “Oh no, we got three hosts/These women are the best/They killing all the jokes.” Other stars like Becky G and Luis Fonsi appeared on stage singing their rendition of the song’s opening verse.
