Olivia Rodrigo is the ultimate Glossier girl, and it shows. After sporting the brand for the American Music Awards last November, the “drivers license” singer hit the 2022 Grammy Awards red carpet with a full face of Glossier makeup products.

According to her makeup artist, Lilly Keys, the inspiration for Rodrigo’s makeup look for the 64th Annual Grammy Awards was ’90s supermodel with a touch of modern punk glam. Rodrigo’s dusty rose makeup was completed with an extra-sharp winged eyeliner that paired beautifully with her black Vivienne Westwood gown accented with pink details.

To achieve the look, Keys began prepping the pop star’s skin with Glossier’s Perfecting Skin Tint and Stretch Concealer. “After, I combined Cloud Paint in both ‘Beam’ and ‘Storm,’ and blended [the blush] onto the apples of the cheeks very lightly, using small circular motions with a fluffy brush,” Keys shared. Solar Paint was then applied and blended along the cheekbones, the bridge of the nose, and a little bit on the chin.

“For highlighter, I’m obsessed with Futuredew , which can also be used as a dewy, glowy moisturizer, which I added to the high points of the face,” Keys explained. “I finished with Haloscope in ‘Quartz’ along the tops of the cheekbones, the tip of the nose and just above the Cupid’s bow for glowy, dewy skin.”

To create the lavender eye look, Keys used the matte shade and the two shimmery hues of the “Mist” Monochromes Palette. “I then took the Pro Tip eyeliner and used short strokes on the upper lash line, taking the liner and winging it out to a sharp point straight across and slightly upward into a dramatic but sharp cat flick,” Keys said. “I finished the eye look Lash Slick, coating the lashes upwards, giving a feathery, fluffy lash vibe on both upper and lower lashes.”

As a finishing touch, Keys used Ultralip in “Villa,” smudging the lipstick into Rodrigo’s pout and just above the upper lip line with her fingers to give it that just-kissed look. Finally, the “Cookie Butter” Balm Dotcom kept the teen artist’s lips hydrated throughout the night.
