Nike Mule-ifies the N7 Free Crater Trail
Its gearing up to be the summer of the slip-on.
The sneaker mule trend shows no signs of slowing down. From Vans Checkerboard Classic Mule to Balenciaga’s Track Sneaker slip-on, both high and low brands are putting their spin on the silhouette and offering a sandal alternative for sneaker lovers.
The latest sneaker mule comes by way of Nike who transforms the Free Crater Trail Moc N7 into the N7 Free Crater Moc Mule. The reinterpretation maintains the sole unit of its predecessor, but eschews the woven upper for a webbed strap system.
Beige and pink create a camo-like print across the mule’s upper with pastel hues landing on the strap and tongue branding. While no official release date has been announced, we expect to see the Free Crater Moc Mule to drop in the coming weeks.
