Netflix's 'That '70s Show' Spinoff to Star the Original Cast
Including Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, Laura Prepon and more.
Netflix has announced that a spinoff of That ’70s Show is in the works.
According to Variety, the upcoming series, titled That ’90s Show, will star most of the original cast members including Topher Grace, Laura Prepon, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, Wilmer Valderrama, Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp. The only actor not making an appearance on the show is Danny Masterson, who played Hyde, due to him “preparing to stand trial on multiple sexual assault allegations.”
New faces will also be a part of the spinoff such as Ashley Aufderheide, Callie Haverda, Mace Coronel, Maxwell Acee Donovan, Reyn Doi and Sam Morelos. Set in 1995, the new series will follow Eric (Grace) and Donna’s (Prepon) daughter Leia Forman (Haverda) who visits her grandparents for the summer. During her time there, she “bonds with a new generation of Point Place kids under the watchful eye of Kitty (Jo Rupp) and the stern glare of Red (Smith).”
