Ciara Shares a Preview of Her New Summer Anthem, "Jump"
Kicking off a new deal with Republic Records and Uptown Records.
Ciara is getting ready to release new music. The singer announced her upcoming single, “Jump,” after signing a new deal with Republic Records and Uptown Records, in partnership with her own company, Beauty Marks Entertainment.
“New music, new chapter, new partnership,” she captioned an Instagram post. “My label Beauty Marks Entertainment x Uptown/Republic!! Ready to make the world #JUMP!” In a separate post, Ciara shared a snippet of the highly anticipated track.
The “1, 2 Step” artist elaborated on this new journey. “I am thrilled to partner with Uptown/Republic Records through my own label imprint Beauty Marks Entertainment,” she said in a press statement. “[Republic co-president] Wendy [Goldstein] and I have been in discussion to work together for some time and the enthusiasm that her and the entire team have expressed over this new project marks an exciting new chapter in my career. I am grateful to be able to continue my mission of making the world dance with a team I admire, who are at the forefront of empowering artists.”
“Jump,” which features Coast Contra, will most likely be featured on her forthcoming album; she recently revealed it’s completed. The new project will be her first music release since 2019’s Beauty Marks, which included the hit single “Level Up.”
