Wildflower Cases Closes Out Pride Month With Trixie Mattel Collaboration
Inspired by the drag star’s latest album, ‘The Blonde & Pink.’
Closing out Pride Month, Wildflower Cases has dropped a collaboration with drag star, Trixie Mattel.
The co-designed, limited-edition phone case arrives with a pink base and is highlighted with floral patterns in orange and yellow throughout as a celebration of the RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 3 winner’s latest album The Blonde & Pink. The star shared in a press release: “Once we realized this case was going to come out around the time of my new record, The Blonde & Pink album, I was like… well let’s take some of the design elements like the hearts and the flowers from the record..and let’s make a case out of it because it just looks so beautiful together. So this is original, but kind of shares DNA with the record.” She added: “Phone cases become like the mascot of a period in your life. And this phone case will be the mascot for this new record.”
The accompanying campaign images star the drag queen herself with Wildflower Cases’ founders Sydney and Devon Lee Carlson. The release is additionally accompanied by the Rainbow Latte Love case, a ’60s-inspired design with heart motifs. The case is dedicated to the LGBTQ+ community with 100% of proceeds donated to The Trevor Project.
