Watch 'Stranger Things' Joseph Quinn Practice Metallica's "Master of Puppets" on the Guitar
As prep for the series’ Season 4 finale.
Joseph Quinn‘s talents go beyond acting. The Stranger Things star is also great at playing the guitar, which can be seen in two new videos of him practicing his cover of “Master of Puppets” by Metallica.

“Practice makes perfect,” the official Twitter account for Stranger Things Writers’ Room wrote alongside a clip of Quinn jamming out. Quinn, who plays Eddie Munson in the Netflix series, brought the cover to life during a prominent scene in Volume 2 of Season 4. The electric performance was Eddie’s clever way from distracting the Demobats from attacking his friends in the Upside Down.
Similarly to Kate Bush‘s “Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God),” Metallica’s “Master of Puppets” has now gone viral, making OG Metallica fans nostalgic, while also introducing the 1986 hit to a whole new generation.
