A Dior-Themed Star Ferry Sails in Hong Kong
Floating between Tsim Sha Tsui and Central.
Dior delivers an immersive experience to its patrons as it sails a themed Star Ferry steamboat in Hong Kong. In celebration of its new boutique on Canton Road, the luxury house partners with the city’s passenger service to provide a scenic harbor crossing from Tsim Sha Tsui to Central.
As a tribute to Dior’s legacy and Star Ferry’s rich history, the campaign reimagines the iconic steamboat in a custom white livery with an elegant interior update. It is also adorned with the label’s graphic fundamental that was exquisitely hand-painted for over two months. Seats are also redecorated with custom gray star pillows while lifebuoys also received a full Dior treatment.
Another standout detail includes Monsieur Dior’s lucky star that is featured on the steamboat’s midship section. Elsewhere, a Dior flag is seen on the front and tail end of the boat.
