Have a Very HARRI Halloween... Thanks to His Newest Collaboration
Joining forces with Southern Comfort.
Rising London designer HARRI has you more than sorted for your Halloween costume this year, as he joins forces with Southern Comfort for the ultimate spooky season collab. Drawing on his signature inflatable latex designs, HARRI and SoCo have developed three enticing costumes in a range of devilish colorways.
Born from the finding that 76% of partygoers got the “ick” from thinking about their past Halloween costumes (ourselves definitely included,) the duo teamed up to create a vibrant new offering of Halloween fits for fashion girlies everywhere. Reimagining three of the UK’s most popular costume themes, the collection includes a Villain Vampire, Golden Pumpkin and Red Witch.
Crafted from 100% vegan latex, each costume features a bespoke SoCo 5cl bottle holder or pocket, so wearers can take their trusted sidekick along wherever they go.
The Red Witch costume consists of a wine-colored latex jacket with an inflated skirt, alongside exaggerated hips and an avant-garde hat. Elsewhere, the Villain Vampire boasts a black latex coat, complete with inflated shoulders and a hidden bottle holder in his tie. Finally, the Golden Pumpkin features an inflated pumpkin-shaped skirt in metallic latex.
“In this collection created for Southern Comfort, we wanted to push the boundaries of familiar costumes to prove Halloween does not need to be boring or monotonous by reinventing the most traditional costumes in a fun, creative way that encourages self-expression. These costumes are designed to make the wearer stand out from the crowd with a SoCo Venom cocktail in hand, and be remembered for years to come,” explains designer Harikrishnan Keezhathil Surendran Pillai.
