SKIMS Makes Menswear Debut With Football Icon Neymar Jr

After seeing tremendous success within the womenswear space, resulting in campaigns starring Cardi B, Carmen Electra and Ice Spice, solutions-oriented shapewear label SKIMS is finally making its menswear debut. Launching with a star-studded campaign that features footballer Neymar Jr. alongside NFL Defensive Player of the Year, Nick Bosa, and NBA All-Star, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, the new category ranges from super soft boxers to comfy tees and everything in between.

Lensed by long-term collaborator Donna Trope, the campaign sees each athlete represent their own brand of excellence whilst spotlighting pieces from the new collection. The new range is set to include Cotton, Stretch and Sport collections, featuring essentials crafted from mid-weight cotton and performance-aiding base layers, designed to sit under workout clothes.

“The expansion into the menswear space is a major milestone for the brand and a testament to SKIMS’ commitment to providing solutions for everybody,” begins founder Kim Kardashian in a press release.

“To have an icon like Neymar Jr be the face of our launch campaign, along with NBA All-Star, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and NFL’s top Defensive Player Nick Bosa, I think speaks volumes to the way SKIMS has evolved into becoming a brand that can provide comfort for all audiences, not just for women. I am incredibly excited about this next chapter for SKIMS and cannot wait for everyone to experience our amazing range of products,” she continues.

Take a closer look at the new collection above, landing in sizes XS-5XL on October 26 via SKIMS.
