BLOK, the design-driven fitness brand, has opened its third London studio, BLOKspace Leyton. Located in Leyton’s creative heart, BLOKspace combines art, intentional design and curated fitness classes.
The location is a pioneering concept in the UK fitness industry, featuring resident artists from Flux Projects. The debut exhibition, “Choreographies Pt.1” by Alexander Glass, Ben Wakeling and Anna-Lena Krause, runs until July 13. Exploring the body and movement, the showcase features video, sculpture and painting depicting both anatomical and metaphysical bodies in motion.
BLOKspace Leyton distinguishes itself from other BLOK studios by spotlighting the brand’s best offerings. Guests can enjoy a curated selection of classes in Strength, Cardio and Flexibility, including Yoga, Pilates, Strength and Barre. The studio’s minimalist design promotes physical and mental well-being. Classes take place within a distinct structure, creating an immersive environment that redefines the fitness landscape.
