Another Joe Freshgoods x New Balance Collab Is Coming
Taking over the classic 650.
Joe Freshgoods and New Balance are quite clearly a match made in heaven. They both know it and for that reason, their multi-year partnership continues to deliver (excuse the pun) fresh takes on NB’s classic silhouettes.
The next iteration to join their soon-to-sell-out line-up includes the New Balance 650 sneaker, landing shortly after their collaborative New Balance 610 “Beneath the Surface” pack was announced earlier this year.
A teaser of the forthcoming kicks was subtly intertwined with New Balance’s recent “Across Town” campaign, which saw the debut of official Cubs and White Sox shorts by Joe Freshgoods for Mitchell & Ness and 5950 hats by New Era. One of the models in the campaign is spotted wearing the neutral-hued sneakers, seemingly landing as one of his most minimal designs for New Balance yet.
Crafted with an off-white hue across its upper, the 650 sneakers are complemented by gray accents which seat neatly across the New Balance logos. Elsewhere, shaggy suede heel panels, lower heel molds and treading make up the rest of the silhouette, while classic Joe Freshgoods branding replaces the signature “650” forefoot hits and lands across the tongue banners.
At present, no official launch information has been announced by either party, but we expect Joe Freshgoods and New Balance to confirm release details in the coming weeks.
