Located at Avenue Montaigne, 34.The iconic boutique has been reimagined, bringing the stock room up front for visitors to have a more intimate, behind-the-scenes look at Jimmy Choo. Inspired by shoe boxes, founder and Creative Director of Crosby Studios Harry Nuriev wanted to create “a room you are ‘not supposed’ to see as a retail space.”
The vault-inspired space highlights the brand’s limited-edition shoes, handbags and accessories, creating a truly one-of-a-kind, immersive experience for clients. In typical Jimmy Choo fashion, even the stock is luxurious. Shoe boxes are put on full display, showing off their supple suede construction and gleaming gold labels, matching the gold seating areas. The walls have also been touched by Midas as the metallic ochre panels are detailed with velvet. Clients can get completely lost in the world of Jimmy Choo as an infinity mirror backed door reflects the entire store back, creating a truly immersive experience.
“The space [Crosby Studio] has created for our Montaigne pop up takes the seemingly utilitarian functionality of the store cupboard and spins it to become a glamorous and immersive experience. This is just the start of our creative conversation together and I am intrigued to see how it evolves,” Jimmy Choo Creative Director Sandra Choi adds.
Jimmy Choo’s pop-up opens during Paris Fashion Week on September 28 and will remain open until December. Visit virtually in the gallery above.
