The 81st Golden Globe Awards took place on January 7 at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California, with a slew of famous faces taking to the red carpet to celebrate an incredible year of television and film. Unsurprisingly, 2024’s biggest shows (The Bear, Beef and Succession) cleaned up, each winning multiple awards, alongside films like Oppenheimer, Barbie and Poor Things.
Now as much as the Golden Globes are about recognition, talent and cultural moments, it’s also about the highly-anticipated red carpet, filled with eye-catching looks from our favorite celebrities. This year, stars like Ayo Edebiri, Dua Lipa, Margot Robbie and Emma Stone made an appearance, with the red carpet show officially stolen by the likes of Gillian Anderson — who wore an ivory gown embroidered with vaginas — and Rosamund Pike, who donned an embroidered lace head covering.
