Rosalía Just Dropped Her Most Dramatic Single Yet, and Fans Have a Lot To Say

Rosalía takes theatrics to a whole new stratosphere in her latest single “Berghain,” the first release from her upcoming album Lux, set to release in November.
The track features operatic vocals, orchestral strings and a full choir, alongside cameos from Björk and Yves Tumor. Opening with a dramatic orchestra arrangement, followed by Rosalía singing in both German and Spanish, the talent is undeniable. The artist recently shared that the album was created in collaboration with the London Symphony Orchestra, led by Daníel Bjarnason. “Berghain” is the first preview of what came of this linkup, and it’s really giving drama.
The video sees Rosalía going about her day while the orchestra follows her around, from the doctor to the coffee shop. She then goes to a fantasy-like forest as Björk and Yves Tumor’s vocals enter. With the artist’s last album, Motomami, released in 2022 and a few singles since, fans have been waiting (not so) patiently for something fresh for their playlists.
