H&M and Perfect Moment Are Taking You From Snowy Peaks to City Streets

Launching the ultimate après-ski capsule.

Slope style that’s far too chic to be confined to the mountains, H&M’s latest collaboration with luxury ski and lifestyle label Perfect Moment redefines what après-ski looks like. Launching just in time for the holiday season, the 28-piece capsule captures the spirit of Chamonix-born performance wear while infusing it with the urban aesthetic we expect from H&M. Think pieces that transition effortlessly from the peaks to the pavement.

The collection balances technical design with fashion-first edge with down-filled jackets, sleek separates, knitwear and accessories all crafted for both the slopes and streets. While Perfect Moment’s signature black, white and silver tones anchor the lineup, pops of burgundy and icy blue add a fresh, festive twist. Materials like merino wool, mohair and even leather introduce unexpected texture, merging alpine luxury with city-girl cool.

Among the standout pieces, the burgundy faux fur down puffer, cropped at the hips with a flattering cinched waist, has all our attention. For those not wanting to brave the mountains and leaning more “street” than “ski,” the burgundy leather trousers reinterpret ski pant silhouettes with a subtle bootcut and zip-up calves. For accessories, we’ve fallen for the faux fur tall moon boots and pom-pom hats that feel tailor-made for everything from snowy getaways to Christmas market strolls.

“We’ve loved translating our distinct brand DNA into a perfect Après-Ski capsule for H&M. Working with the teams in Stockholm has been a highlight – moments to remember for sure. I can’t wait to see our joint community of Moment Makers now bring it all to life,” shares Jane Gottschalk, Creative Director and Founder of Perfect Moment.

The collection will be available to buy from December 2, 2025, via the H&M website and in select stores.
