Peak Performance's "Trailblazer" Collection Is Gorp-Core Greatness Made for Women

Here for the hiking girlies.

Women-specific sportswear doesn’t often seem to be designed with the actual female body in mind – genuinely considering everything from proportions and fit to comfort and performance. Peak Performance, however, is here to change that.

That’s exactly what Peak Performance did with its latest launch. The outdoor activewear brand introduced the “Trailblazer” collection built specifically for women, focusing on function, shape and wearability. The lineup includes five pieces: the Trailblazer Pant, Shell Jacket, Trailblazer Vest, plus a sun hat and a headband. Available in black or a bold red-to-pink gradient, the collection balances technical performance with a distinct gorp-core aesthetic.

Each piece is engineered for movement and adaptability. The Trailblazer Pants are loose-fitting trousers made from a lightweight, waterproof 2.5L fabric and feature removable legs that convert into gaiters, an elastic waistband for added flexibility and plenty of functional pockets. The Shell Jacket follows suit, cut to allow for ease of movement while maintaining a flattering shape, particularly around the shoulders. It’s made from the same breathable fabric as the pants and includes detachable sleeves for changing weather conditions.

Peak Performance’s “Trailblazer” collection is available now on the brand’s official website. Check out the gallery for a closer look at the details that make this collection stand out.
