Nike Is Launching a Heart-Embroidered Air Force 1 For Valentine's Day
Bringing the romance to a footwear staple.
Valentine’s Day is still over a month away, but love is already in the air at Nike HQ. Love Day is always one of the biggest holidays on the footwear calendar, with romantic colorways and heart eye-worthy drops making sneakerheads swoon year after year. This year, the Swoosh wants you to wear your heart on your sleeve — and your Air Forces.
Arriving in baby pink, the Air Force 1 Low is getting an adorable upgrade. An all-over jacquard heart pattern decorates the upper, covering the Swoosh and tongue in the loved-up symbol. This sneaker is all about the details, with small nods to V-Day making it one of the most romantic shoes on the market. A silver, heart-shaped chain with a keyhole dangles from the laces, and on the inside of the tongue, “Love Is In The Air” is stitched in black. The insoles feature a graphic of cupid for a final flourish.
The sneakers are set to come in a pack of three, with the same design arriving in black and red. There isn’t an official release date for the pack yet, but keep an eye out for this drop over the next few weeks.
In other news, Jimmy Choo just launched a lacy, new ballerina sneaker.
