TRIANGL Says Neoprene Bikinis Are So Back
Reintroducing the nostalgic fabric with a modern update.
The year is 2014, you’ve just posted an Insta pic in your TRIANGL neoprene bikini and added a warm faded filter; life is good. If you weren’t already feeling nostalgic with the return of wedge sneakers, hobo bags and skull scarves, this release is sure to get you in your feels.
TRIANGL swimwear is reintroducing its internet-breaking neoprene style, once worn by celebrities including Kendall Jenner and Beyoncé, with the “Valentina” collection. Known for redefining the swimwear landscape in the early 2010s, the brand is now offering an update on the signature fabrication with lighter construction, improved fit and a new contemporary design. Summer cannot come fast enough.
“Valentina” reflects TRIANGL’s evolving design language but remains true to the unmistakable accents that first defined the brand. Expect bold colors, sculptural lines and low-rise fits that are updated with modern flexibility and improved comfort. The pieces are re-engineered to soften the rigidity we once squeezed into, while also offering new cheekier styles aligned with what many of us are looking for today.
“We kept what women loved: the sharp lines, the colour impact, the support,” the TRIANGL team shares. “But we reworked everything around comfort and movement. This is neoprene made for today – confident, nostalgic but refined,” creative director Jaynee Penny adds. If you needed another reason to miss the beach, this is it.
The collection is now available to shop via the TRIANGL website.
