Jimmy Choo's New Lace Ballerina Sneakers Are Set To Be a Spring Must-Have

Officially introducing you to the new Sunny sneaker.

Jimmy Choo presented its Spring 2026 collection during Milan Fashion Week last year, and immediately, we were preparing ourselves to add to cart… As the brand celebrated its 30th anniversary, the new collection offered a return to its “core principles,” presenting a range of footwear and accessories rooted in “femininity, a love of fashion and enduring glamor.”

Leaning into the duality of women, the collection reinterpreted the concept of femininity through a multifaceted lens, presenting playful paradoxes and contradictions. Strong pastels underpinned the offering, resulting in new iterations of the cult-loved Scarlett pump, along with the Faiz and the Bon Bon bag.

However, one standout silhouette caught our attention… A new lace-panelled ballerina sneaker dubbed the Sunny, the latest release aims to celebrate “positivity and joy.” Showcasing the “lightness of movement,” the new shoe is crafted from diaphanous lace, reinforcing the Sunny’s weightlessness and treading the line between athletic and graceful.

Speaking about the Spring 2026 collection as a whole, Sandra Choi said “As we reach 30 years, I ask myself, how would we do it again? This isn’t about looking into the archive or reinterpreting Jimmy Choo styles; it is about examining our DNA, reconsidering it, and proposing a fresh take, a collection that embodies a feeling of lightness and fragility. I wanted to celebrate fashion, to create pieces that are beautiful, unmistakably feminine, yet with undeniable power. As always, I’m inspired by nature, the natural world – and the nature of women. It’s in our nature to be strong and evolve. I wanted to champion that.”

Take a look at the new Sunny sneaker above and head to the Jimmy Choo website to shop.
