Valentino Beauty Taps Visual Artists to Reimagine Its Iconic Perfume Bottle

Featuring works from Maria Ines Guil, Simon Bailly and more.

In honor of Valentino Beauty‘s trademark “Born in Roma” fragrance, the brand has teamed up with seven digital artists to reinterpret the studded perfume bottle: Infiniteyay, Daily Splice, Xeocho, Chrissie Abbott, Andrew Knives, Maria Ines Guil and Simon Bailly. Through a plethora of distinctive visual aesthetics, the artists hope to pay homage to Valentino Beauty’s undeniable legacy.

“With this project, Valentino Beauty continues to champion creativity, community and cultural connection, celebrating ‘Born in Roma’ not only as a fragrance, but as a global symbol of individuality and self-expression,” the brand says in a press release. Furthermore, the partnership aims to explore the artists’ own expression as well as the fragrance itself.

Featured on the brand’s social channels, the collaborative works serve as a virtual gallery of Valentino Beauty’s heritage as well as its desire to fuse with the modern. While the partnership is a celebration of the coveted “Born in Roma” perfume, the brand also says it stands as a symbol of its ethos of unapologetic creativity, individuality and self-expression.
