Prada Sent 60 Looks Down the Runway on Just 15 Models
For the luxury house’s FW26 collection, Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons strip back the runway entirely to explore the passing of time.
Prada Fall/Winter 2026 anchors the current fashion conversation with a sharp focus on styling over volume, offering a compelling study in reduction.
Co-creative directors Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons relied on a tight cast of 15 models including Bella Hadid and Achol Ayor, that wore the 60 unique looks from the collection. Every model walked four separate laps, and with each pass they dropped an outer garment to reveal a new look underneath. This intentional approach perfectly mirrors that very real act of dressing for everyday life: multifaceted, honest and possible for endless identities.

The FROW included Karina, Wooyoung, Namtan Tipnaree, Pond Naravit, Caitlin Clark and Sarah Pidgeon, to name a few. As for the collection, the garments explore the physical toll of time and wear. Tailored outerwear boasts radically distressed borders that reveal hidden fabrics underneath. Frayed knits and deliberate discoloration bring an intentional sense of ruin to highly wearable pieces. Sheer tulle overlays sit on top of heavy zippered sweaters to craft a stark contrast between airy delicacy and grounded utility. Shedding these outer shells exposed completely new realities. Stripping back the layers allowed crystal embellishments to shine against basic tops while disrupting the pristine polish of classic suiting. As for footwear, kitten heals are graced with beaded embellishments and colorful feathers were stitched into the boots.
The co-creative directors ignored dressing for fantasy to deliver a collection rooted in existential realism. They gave us a sartorial blueprint built for navigating modern cultural shifts.
