Jimmy Choo Is Embellishing Your Feet for Summer
With resin, gemstones and jelly textures.
Jimmy Choo is turning up the heat for summer with its “Natural Reflection” campaign, set against a surreal, desert backdrop in Joshua Tree. Creative director Sandra Choi is leaning into opposites, with the raw grit of the Californian desert juxtaposed with the high-shine precision of artisanal craft. This is a collection designed for sun-drenched escapes and those hazy days where the midday sun slows everything down.
The footwear lineup is a sensory feast, led by the sculptural Glacé Mule. This evolution of the signature drop-heel features a translucent amber wedge and a tortoiseshell plexi vamp, almost reminiscent of delicate Murano glass. For a more playful take, the Jelly Drop sandal arrives in sunset orange and lagoon blue, taking us back to the 2010s but with a sophisticated twist.
Texture plays a huge role this season, with delicate resin embellishments that look like rough-cut amber and jewel-toned suede. The Cinch bag also gets a glow-up in clover green and hand-woven raffia, finished with intricate braided leather handles. A standout is the Miro Flats, which bring the beach to the city with unique beads crafted from broken shell fragments suspended in liquid resin. Your feet will look expertly decorated with this collection.
