What Went Down at Hypebae’s 10th Anniversary Pink Party with Salomon

We rang in our first decade in style with Salomon and Rare Beauty.

Salomon’s Pink Pack revamped some of the brand’s classic all-terrain styles through a tonal lens, making a pink party the ideal festivity to ring in the drop. But on April 23, there was more than one monumental occasion to celebrate. Hypebae also rang in its 10th birthday, cementing the night as a soiree honoring community, culture — and of course, cool footwear.

For 10 years, Hypebae has honored burgeoning creative voices and provided visibility to streetwear pioneers. These voices came together at the 10th anniversary party, which was complete with gifting, pink food and Malibu Pink cocktails, customization stations and interactive makeup touch-up stations. The event was hosted in partnership with both Salomon and Rare Beauty, who left their mark by converting the entire room into a pink paradise.

Salomon’s latest Pink Pack inspired the ballerina pink hue that wrapped the room, and the “pretty-in-pink” versions of staple Salomon styles were displayed throughout the event. Guests had the chance to interact firsthand with ACS Pro, Speedcross 3, XT-Whisper and RX Marie-Jeanne — they even got to style gifted pairs themselves.

Customization stations included keychain options that guests could personalize their new pair of Salomons with, while elegant food displays by ninetynin.e were the cherry on top of a perfectly pink night.

Check out photos from the party above. You can shop the new Salomon Pink Pack at salomon.com, launching May 4.
