Misty Copeland Joins Forces With Merit to Release a Limited-Edition Edit
The dancer is spotlighting the brand’s newly-expanded SPF.
Merit tapped Misty Copeland to star in a new campaign spotlighting the Uniform Tinted Mineral SPF. Drawing inspiration from the concept of habit, the shoot emphasizes the importance of daily sunscreen. Along with the campaign, the brand also announced Copeland’s very own limited-edition set, consisting of four products hand-curated by the dancer herself.
“The Misty Set” includes products from Copeland’s actual routine: the Bronze Balm, the Flush Balm blush, the Clean Lash lengthening mascara and the new Uniform Tinted Mineral SPF. Similarly to the newly-expanded Uniform SPF, the face products from the ballerina’s edit emphasize sheer coverage and the natural skin finish the brand has become synonymous with.

When it comes to the Uniform SPF, the brand describes it as “a daily mineral sunscreen that fits seamlessly into real routines.” In addition to providing SPF 45, the sunscreen is said to deliver sheer, soft focus coverage that feels lightweight on the skin. With the Uniform’s new extended range, Merit is introducing five new shades across olive, cool and warm undertones.
“The Misty Set” retails for $118 USD and is now available for purchase on the brand’s website.
