Balenciaga Celebrates the Spirit of New York in New Campaign

Starring Sarah Pidgeon in “A New York Minute.”

Balenciaga brings its fashion fantasy to the streets of Manhattan with its new Fall 2026 campaign, “A New York Minute: Keep Rolling”. The project is a work of art, bringing Oscar-nominated director Celine Song, actor Sarah Pidgeon and Balenciaga’s Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli together for the very first time.

The campaign unfolds across three 60-second films, capturing Pidgeon navigating New York’s quintessentially hectic streets in fleeting moments. Dressed like a local in the collection’s TechWear separates, Jet sneakers, elegant outerwear and the Manolo Blahnik collaboration, Pidgeon accessorizes her look with the house’s most coveted handbags: Le City, Le 7 Bowling and the Rodeo.

Making the chic vignettes even more engaging, there’s more to this campaign than meets the eye. Each film beautifully breaks the fourth wall, panning out to reveal the lights and cameras, with Song instructing her crew to “keep rolling”. The campaign extends to a dedicated Instagram burner account, @keeppprolling, featuring candid behind-the-scenes content captured by Piccioli himself.
