KidSuper and BAPE Launch 48 BAPE STA World Cup Colorways

The perfect way to represent your country this summer.

A BATHING APE and KidSuper are reuniting for a drop that is as sentimental as it is stylish this World Cup season. To celebrate the iconic BAPE STA sneaker’s 25th anniversary, the duo has unveiled the “SUPERBAPE CUP” collection — a gorgeous, soccer-inspired celebration of global creativity.

The collection features a stacked lineup of 48 unique BAPE STA designs, each representing a different nation through its vibrant colors inspired by their flags. Crafted in BAPE’s signature patent leather, these sneakers boast a dreamy, high-gloss finish that makes the colors absolutely pop, all finished with an adorable KidSuper logo on the heel. While all 48 pairs will be available for online pre-order, ten selected colorways, including Argentina, France and the United States, are hitting stores.

The accompanying campaign has our hearts. Instead of typical models, KidSuper founder Colm Dillane chose to feature a grandmother from each of the 48 countries. It is the ultimate, heartwarming tribute to each nation’s heritage and the women who carry culture through generations.

The 10 selected colorways can be found at KidSuper’s Brooklyn flagship and select global BAPE locations, with the full collection available for pre-order now on the KidSuper website.

In other news, Nike is dropping a soccer ball-inspired Total 90 sneaker.
