Ludovic de Saint Sernin Just Brought Back Women's Swimwear, and It's Hot
With a sensual campaign shot in Rio de Janeiro.
Ludovic de Saint Sernin is expanding its universe for Spring/Summer 2026 with the return of women’s swimwear. Following the successful relaunch of its menswear swim category last season, the Paris-based label revisits a key part of its archive, introducing a new lineup designed around confidence, sensuality and self-expression.
Joining the brand’s signature men’s styles are three new women’s silhouettes: a Bikini, Trikini and Bodysuit, each offered in a pared-back palette of black, white and brown. Staying true to the house’s minimalist aesthetic, the collection places the body at the center, balancing simplicity with undeniable sex appeal.
To mark the launch, Ludovic de Saint Sernin headed to Rio de Janeiro for the latest chapter of its destination swimwear campaign series. Shot by Jorge Perez Ortiz and styled by Pau Avia, the campaign unfolds across the Brazilian city’s memorable beaches, dramatic coastline and modernist architecture, including a residence designed by Oscar Niemeyer.
Fronted by Brazilian model Barbara Valente alongside an all-Brazilian cast, the imagery captures the freedom and magnetism synonymous with both Rio and the brand itself. From sun-soaked shorelines to intimate moments between sea and city, the campaign celebrates swimwear as more than a seasonal staple, positioning it as an extension of identity.
The collection is now available via the brand’s website and will continue to roll out throughout the summer.
