SKIMS and Ludovic de Saint Sernin Teamed up on a Sensual New Collection

Featuring sheer fabrics, lace-up details and body-conscious silhouettes.

SKIMS is getting a little more provocative. Kim Kardashian teamed up with Ludovic de Saint Sernin for a limited-edition collection that brings the designer’s signature sensuality into the world of SKIMS, and it makes perfect sense.

The collaboration also marks a full-circle moment for the pair. Kardashian was an early supporter of de Saint Sernin’s label, wearing his designs as the Paris-based brand began gaining international attention. Now, years later, the two are turning that relationship into a collection of their own.

Ludovic de Saint Sernin’s signature codes are all over the range, from sheer textures and intricate lace-up details to body-conscious silhouettes that leave plenty to the imagination. Dresses and separates come in SKIMS’ familiar tonal palette, balancing skin-baring moments with more restrained, streamlined shapes.

The collection pulls from the references that have long informed de Saint Sernin’s work, think ’90s supermodel glamor, queer nightlife and subcultures, while also looking to Kardashian’s own fashion history. The result is a wardrobe designed around the body, but with a distinctly after-dark attitude. Photographed by Steven Klein, the campaign turns up the drama, matching the collection’s mix of exposure and restraint.

“I’ve long admired how he approaches design with confidence and authenticity. Together, we created a collection that feels elevated, empowering and true to both of our visions,” Kardashian shared of the collaboration.

The collection launches on October 1 via the SKIMS website and select stores, so mark your calendars.
