Le Labo Launches Its First New Fragrance in 3 Years
Meet Tonka 25.
Cult-favorite fragrance maker Le Labo has just revealed its first new fragrance in three years: Tonka 25. Described as an “addictive, dark fragrance with woody notes and a subtle hint of sweetness,” the new scent includes notes of orange flower absolute, cedar atlas, styrax resins and absolute tonka, resulting in a sensory experience. Set out to evoke the smell of warm skin and resinous wood, the new launch is ideal for the upcoming Fall/Winter season.
“Creating a new scent is an incredibly complicated and subjective process, and it requires a lot of self-reflection. Creating something that is original yet balanced takes a lot of time to be ready. When we finally find and shape something beautiful, we are so excited to share it – we can’t wait for people to discover Tonka 25,” said Eddie Roschi, co-founder of the luxury fragrance maker.
In true Le Labo fashion, each perfume is hand-bottled on site, and finished off with a personalised label. Tonka 25 will be priced at approximately $290 USD for a 100ml bottle, and $196 USD for the 50ml version. Stay tuned as the new addition will hit stores on October 15.
