The Maha Amsterdam x FILA 94 Sneaker Collab Is Delicate and Demure
A sleek update on the retro silhouette.
Amsterdam’s ladies-only sneakers and streetwear store, Maha, teamed up with FILA earlier this year as part of its mammoth Mindblower project. Now, to round off what’s been a standout year for both brands the duo have rejoined, with Maha putting its own on spin on the lesser-known FILA 94 trainers.
Dubbed “Ashes of Roses,” the laceless sneaker features a mixed-material upper, with flashes of white leather paired against neutral suede panels in varying tones of brown, beige and grey. There are pops of FILA logo branding on the tongue and heel whereas the lateral side features Maha’s script logo embroidered in a complementary tone. Completing the look is a chunky white midsole and light tan outsole, ensuring you stay on trend throughout 2019.
