Virgil Abloh Customizes Beyoncé's Jeff Koons x Louis Vuitton Bag

“KING BEY.”

Off-White™ lead and newly-appointed Louis Vuitton menswear artistic designer Virgil Abloh has shared new photos of Beyoncé‘s Jeff Koons x LV bag that he customized.

The shoulder strap of the mid-sized tote reads “KING BEY and “444” in hot pink. The bag itself is covered in artwork by Claude Monet with gold LV and JK accents dotted throughout. This item was pulled from the “Masters” collection which also features prints from Leonardo Da Vinci and Van Gogh. It isn’t the first time Abloh has reworked a piece from the capsule either. Last year he was spotted holding a duffle bag with similar graphics spelling out “LOUIS VUITTON c/o VIRGIL ABLOH.” Perhaps this was some foreshadowing ahead of the groundbreaking news of his appointment.

Take a closer look at the Bey custom above and be sure to peep her recent reunion with Destiny’s Child at Coachella 2018.
