Following the previous adidas collaboration between Yohji Yamamoto and NBA player James Harden, the sportswear giant is now releasing a second capsule collection to add to the offerings. The new Y-3 range sports a monochrome color scheme across pieces like bomber jackets, shorts, hoodies, tank tops, cropped pants and crewneck sweatshirts. The capsule also includes two footwear offerings: the Y-3 BYW BBALL Tangutsu and Bashyo.
The Botan flower motif is present throughout the line, known as the “King of Flowers.” The graphic is often used in ikebana, the Japanese art of flower arrangement, which symbolizes respect, good fortune, bravery and honor. Ranging from $30 to $700 USD, the full collection is set to drop on April 13 at Y-3’s website and store locations, as well as select retailers like Leisure Center and KOKKO.
