Chanel Has Debuted the World's First 3D Mascara
Take a look at Le Volume Révolution de Chanel.
Chanel debuted its new 3D mascara at the Cruise 2019 show that was held at the Grand Palais in France. The new product is called Le Volume Révolution de Chanel leading Chanel Beauty‘s Fall/Winter 2018 makeup collection.
Models who walked the runway were among the first to try out the revolutionary lash lifter. The voluminous lash look was paired with bold eye blue eyeshadow to complement the presentation’s nautical theme. The new mascara has a brush that was carefully formed via 3D printing to allow the mascara formula to transfer to each hair in the right amount. Patented honeycomb micro-cavities hold excess product so that there’s no need to double dip your brush when applying. For the first time in the beauty sector 3D printing will be utilized to produced up to 1 million brushes per month beginning in June 2018.
Those who can’t wait to see the innovative mascara in action should check out footage from the Cruise show below. Le Volume Révolution de Chanel is scheduled to release on September 4 stocking at all Chanel Beauty counters.
