The Balenciaga Triple-S needs no introduction. Ever since its original debut at the brand’s Fall/Winter 2017’s Men’s show, the chunky soled-trainer has taken the industry by storm, propelling the trend of dad shoes that fashion enthusiasts (and Rihanna) have come to love. After releasing in numerous colorways, the Demna Gvasalia-designed silhouette has returned earlier this year in a brand new, minimal look, which has since launched in different hues ranging from grey and blue to black and maroon.
Ahead of the summer season, Balenciaga has unveiled the latest colorway of the popular sneaker. Featuring the same stripped-down design we’ve seen on the recent drops, the new runner is constructed with panels of suede and nylon, which are perfectly color-blocked in light grey, pastel blue and red. The iconic stacked sole, which sees a strip of yellow accent, makes the shoe an instant summer must-have. Finally, dark grey is applied to both the lacing system and the outsole, while a black Balenciaga “BB” logo is stamped on the heel tab to round off the look.
