YOOX Debuts Its Designer "Soccer Couture" Collection
Including Y/Project, Walk of Shame and more.
YOOX is celebrating this summer’s 2018 FIFA World Cup with soccer gear by a slew of top global designers. Each designer created apparel to shed light on their international hometowns.
The collection titled “Soccer Couture” focuses on the theme “Where Fashion Meets Soccer.” Designers who contributed to the capsule include Y/Project, Walk of Shame, Pushbutton, Kolor, Marques’Almeida, Vivienne Westwood and more. Each designer drew heavy inspiration from the nationalities of specific soccer teams “through prints and unique design.” The garments are made up of sweatshirts and T-shirts emblazoned with each respective country’s flag colors.
