The New Hello Kitty x ASOS Collection Is Perfect for Summer Days

Hello Kitty‘s been busy – our favorite fictional cat has launched her own bullet train service in Japan, as well as an adorable home decor range. Of course, this is all alongside other branded products, which has most recently included a beauty applicator. Not content with all of these endeavours, Sanrio‘s most beloved character has also teamed up with e-tailer ASOS once more for a cute capsule collection.
This time around, the offering features a cropped, zip-up track jacket in pastel ice-cream tones of pink, blue and yellow, with Hello Kitty’s face embroidered on the chest. There’s a matching skirt available too, with zip detailing up the center and more embroidery along the bottom. If you practically live in denim in the summer, there’s good news for you too – the retro-inspired color-blocked denim jacket might just be the perfect piece for you. Arriving in hues of pink, yellow and blue, the oversized outerwear features Hello Kitty’s text logo embroidered on the front.
Footwear and accessories aren’t excluded; there are pink kitty socks that will add a kawaii touch to any ‘fit and sandals that are a real conversation-starter. They have a pink velvet finish, with a double ankle strap that’s fastened by a heart-shaped buckle and a chunky, block heel. The real scene-stealer, however is the oversized red bow that sits upon the midfoot, acting as the perfect homage to Hello Kitty.
