Hello Kitty Returns for Madhappy's Second Collab
Expect graphic tees, cozy knitwear and exclusive cherry-inspired drinks to celebrate the new collection.
Hello Kitty is back in the Madhappy universe. Following the success of their first collaboration, the two brands reunited for a second collection that reimagines the beloved Sanrio icon through Madhappy’s optimistic lens.
The new drop spans clothing and accessories, featuring graphic tees, shirts, knitwear and more inspired by Hello Kitty’s playful world. Drawing from the character’s enduring message that small gestures can carry big meaning, the collection blends nostalgic motifs with Madhappy’s laid-back California cool.
To celebrate the launch, Madhappy teamed up with Los Angeles creative studio PlayLab Inc. to transform its West Hollywood flagship with a special installation titled “Connected Cherries.” The immersive display features oversized fiberglass sculptures of Hello Kitty and her twin sister Mimmy, bringing the collaboration to life beyond the clothing.
The celebration continues at Pantry, Madhappy’s café concept, where fans can try two limited-edition menu items inspired by the collection: a Cherry Hibiscus Matcha Lemonade made with Nekohama matcha and fresh lemonade, alongside a Cherry Lemonade Swirl soft serve.
The Madhappy x Hello Kitty collection is now available via Madhappy’s website and retail locations, with the exclusive café menu and in-store installation running for a limited time in West Hollywood and Malibu.
