Dekmantel x Patta Unveil 2018 Capsule Collection Just in Time for Festival Season
The range will include two exclusive vinyl releases.
In anticipation of Dekmantel music festival (which will take place in Amsterdam from August 1–5 this year), fellow Dutch brand Patta has teamed up with the record label once again for a new collection. Reinforcing the strong musical influences in the collaboration, the forthcoming capsule comprises of two records and a six-piece apparel range that includes a jacket, hooded sweatshirt, long-sleeve shirt, polo shirt, track pants and a cross-body bag.
As with previous collections, an accompanying video is released alongside the capsule – for this year’s launch, the cinematic project is entitled, “Song.” Working in tandem with director Bear Damen, the short film is a visually stunning interpretation of contrasting worlds uniting. Using a dream-like aesthetic to capture the haunting atmosphere, a musical tour de force by Rimer London perfectly sets the mood for the visual journey.
The program will arrive with two exclusive vinyl releases by Rimer London and Palmbomen II. The exclusive EP records will only be available within this release, given as a free gift with the purchase of at least two items in the 2018 collection. The Dekmantel x Patta 2018 capsule collection will be available in-store on August 1 at the Patta flagships in Amsterdam and London, as well as online at dekmantel.com and patta.nl.
