Revlon's "Shoot the Moon" Collection Includes a Glow-Guaranteed Jelly Highlighter

Adwoa Aboah takes the galactic product for a test drive.

Having released an uplifting “Live Boldy” campaign starring dancer Mette Towley earlier this month, Revlon now taps another of its brand ambassadors Adwoa Aboah to unveil a new makeup collection. Named “Shoot the Moon,” the out-of-this-world cosmetics range comes packed with products that evoke the mysteriousness and starriness of the universe.

Our eyes are immediately drawn to the Glow Gelée ($10.99 USD), which is basically a fancier way to say “jelly highlighter.” This easy-to-use product is made with fine pearls that’ll give you a galactic glow on your cheekbones, brow bones, cupid’s bow and everywhere else you like to highlight. If you prefer a powder formula, there are also two Cheek Draping Palettes ($14.99 USD) to choose from — one for warmer skin tones and another for cooler skin tones. The three-in-one compacts are designed with a blush, a contour shade and a highlighter, and is perfect for girls who’re constantly on the go.

For your eyes, Revlon has dreamed up a new Eye Paint ($9.99 USD) featuring an ultra creamy texture that’s made for blending. This highly pigmented item will be coming in four shimmery hues. And finally, onto the lips. A lineup of 12 Super Lustrous bullet lipsticks ($8.99 USD each), including matte and bold, metallic shades, will be hitting stores. For ladies who like a little bit of gloss, you can expect to purchase the prismatic Super Lustrous Lipgloss ($9.99 USD), which will be coming in four limited-edition colors.

Revlon’s “Shoot the Moon” collection is currently available online and in-stores at Walgreens. The range will also be hitting shelves this September in drugstores and select retailers nationwide.
