Starbucks' New Summer Drinks Menu Includes a Refreshing Watermelon Cooler

Quench your thirst.

It seems like Starbucks is dropping a new, summery drink every week. Following on from the recent Iced Rose Tea Latte and three cheesecake-inspired frappuccinos, the coffee giant is back with more refreshing coolers.

For fans of fruit flavors, there are two options for you. First up is the Watermelon Blended, which features a smooth yogurt base which is whizzed together with ice, passion fruit and of course, watermelon for a zingy and fresh taste. Next, there’s the Lime Mango Blended which, much like the name suggests, has hits of lime and mango pulp blended into the yogurt-based smoothie-style drink, which is topped off with a light touch of mint.

Frappuccino aficionados aren’t forgotten – there’s a Milk Caramel Cold Brew Frappuccino on the menu too. This beverage takes Starbucks’ signature cold brew and layers it with caramel, milk and ice for a refreshing and sweet taste that’s also sure to give you your daily caffeine hit.

All three flavors are currently only available at Starbucks locations in Korea, but here’s hoping we get to try them out soon. In the meantime, have you head that Starbucks is aiming to totally eliminate plastic straw usage in its stores by 2020?
