Versace's FW18 Campaign Features the Longest Advertising Image Ever Made
54 models team up to complete the feat.
Versace commissioned photographer Steven Meisel to create the longest advertising image ever made. Fifty-four models pose in the label’s Fall/Winter 2018 campaign which is punctuated with a cheeky video clip. Adut Akech, Kaia Gerber, Gigi Hadid and Donatella Versace each teach the public how to properly pronounce the Italian name.
For added emphasis the entire cast of models go on to form the letters of the brand’s name in a huge human-sized text logo. The expansive image represents the values of inclusivity and diversity that Donatella has championed.
