Cult Danish label GANNI unveiled its debut denim offering earlier this year and it’s been such a hit, the brand has elevated the selection even further for Fall/Winter 2018. Similarly to the initial selection, there are colorful options aplenty and the silhouettes are anything but ordinary, which further adds to GANNI’s undeniable cool-girl appeal.
Boiler suits were a prominent theme during both Copenhagen Fashion Week and Oslo Runway, so it’s fitting that GANNI has introduced sturdy denim jumpsuits in vibrant pink and classic indigo colorways. Alongside this, there’s a selection of trend-led overalls and cropped and hooded denim jackets that are perfect for layering when that crisper weather hits. In true GANNI style, jeans arrive in either slim-leg fits with a subtle slit up the ankle seam or in ultra wide-leg shapes and the skirts come in both mini and maxi silhouettes with colors ranging from classic neutrals to fire-truck red and washed-out purple. The label is known for its feminine aesthetic, which can at times be difficult to interpret with a fabric as rough as denim, but the elegant blouses and dresses constructed from a softer version of the material add an air of lightness to the overall collection.
