Selena Gomez Is a Naughty Employee in the Campaign Film for Her Coach Collab
After hours at the office.
Having just unveiled new fanny pack silhouettes earlier this month as part of her latest Coach collaboration, Selena Gomez now stars in a just-released campaign film for the collection. Shot at Coach’s headquarters in New York City, the cheeky short shows Selena playing an employee who is staying late at work. As the last of her co-workers leave, however, the office then transforms into her playground. Shot by director Bunny Kinney and styled by stylist Kate Young, the resulting film is a dreamy portrayal of care-free youth.
With an irreverent take on what goes on after-hours at the office, Gomez does everything from trying on garments off the rack, to eating Coach creative director Stuart Vevers‘ food from the fridge. Channeling the fun and rebellious nature of the collaborative range, we get a sneak peek of select pieces in the film, such as retro-pastel hoodies, romantic slip dresses, as well as various leather goods printed with Selena’s empowering personal motto: “Not perfect, Always me.” On what it was like working on the campaign, Selena excitedly reveals, “I had so much fun working on the film and I’m thrilled to share the collection, which speaks to everything I love about Coach and also so perfectly represents who I am.”
