Nicki Minaj Serves so Many Looks in Her New "Barbie Dreams" Music Video
Proving that she’s truly a ‘Queen.’
Fresh off releasing her highly anticipated album Queen, rapper Nicki Minaj has just dropped a brand-new music video to accompany the hit “Barbie Dreams.” In the song, Minaj raps and roasts a series of prominent male artists and athletes, from Drake to Young Thug and Eminem, as a play on The Notorious B.I.G.‘s track “Just Playing (Dreams).” The names called out are some of Nicki’s close friends and collaborators, and caused a huge reaction among fans when the track was released because of the dissing lyrics.
For the video, the star sports a series of looks featuring bold and bright wigs in true Nicki fashion, as well as a handful of edgy outfits. She’s joined by muppets that represent the men she raps about in the track, once again making a statement.
