The Nike Air Max 1 LX Gets a "Guava Ice" Makeover
A must-have for your sneaker rotation.
Since earlier this summer, Nike has taken a rather conspicuous liking to its blushing “Guava Ice” colorway. Having already applied the chic palette to models such as the Air Force 1, Air Jordan 1 Retro High, Air Max Plus, Cortez and Air Max 97 SE, there is no shortage of options out there. For its latest rework in the peachy shade, Swoosh introduces an all-new iteration of the beloved Air Max 1 LX trainer.
Further refining the silhouette’s iconic profile, the recent variation is updated with premium materials such as leather. If you look closely, you may also notice a subdued detail in the form of an allover print splashed across both the mudguard and heel counter. Rendered in a glossy, translucent finish, the unmistakable NIKE logo along with the brand’s iconic Swoosh emblem is emblazoned in a repeating motif. Rounding off the look is a color-matching midsole that, of course, houses the model’s hallmark Air Max bubble.
