Opening Ceremony & Converse Just Teamed up on a Rhinestone-Studded One Star

Glam up your sneaker rotation.

It’s been a big year for Converse‘s One Star silhouette; collaborations with everyone from MadeMe to Hello Kitty have given the classic sneaker a new lease of life, ensuring the sneaker is more popular than ever. Now, cult brand Opening Ceremony is putting it’s own spin on the shoe, and it’s just as show-stopping as you’d imagine.

Debuting with a soft suede upper in a neutral “Egret” tone, the sneakers feature shimmering silver rhinestones in three differing sizes studded throughout and that signature cutout Star emblem on the sidewall. Tonal laces and stitching adds to the chic look which is completed by a crisp white midsole and co-branded details on the insole.

These limited-edition Opening Ceremony x Converse One Stars launched at New York Fashion Week but you can cop them soon at Converse’s web store for $150 USD. In related news, check out Opening Ceremony’s latest floral collaboration with Vans.
