All the Collaborations We've Spotted on the SS27 Runways, So Far
From UGG shoes at Pipenco to MCM bags at LUAR.
Fashion week is always good for a surprise. Between celebrity cameos, unexpected casting and the occasional runway stunt, there’s never a shortage of things to keep an eye out for. But this Spring/Summer 2027 season, it was the collaborations that really caught our attention.
From cult-favorite footwear brands joining forces with emerging designers to unexpected partnerships that had us doing a double take, the SS27 runways delivered plenty of fresh takes on familiar names. Pipenco’s playful sensibility was complemented by UGG, LUAR teamed up with MCM for a meeting of New York cool and heritage luxury, while Advisry gave HOKA’s performance-driven footwear a fresh fashion perspective.
Whether you’re here for the shoes, the bags or simply the thrill of seeing two worlds collide, we’ve rounded up the collaborations that deserve a spot on your radar. Scroll on for all the details.
Pipenco x UGG
Pipenco teamed up with UGG to bring footwear into its folkloric world. Inspired by the Romanian tale of Muma Pădurii, the feared “Mother of the Forest,” designer Lorena Pipenco reimagined the character as a quiet protector of the natural world. The collection’s woodland-inspired narrative extended to the footwear, with UGG’s Bucked Tall Boot, Bucked Boot, Classic Ultra Mini, Tazz II and Classic Short styles appearing throughout the show.
LUAR x MCM
MCM teamed up with New York label LUAR to rework pieces from its extensive archive. Debuting on LUAR’s New York Fashion Week runway, the collaboration centred on the ANIMA MCM x LUAR Leather Drawstring, a new silhouette combining details from six archival MCM bag styles. Rather than simply reviving a vintage style, the collaboration gives MCM’s heritage codes a distinctly contemporary update through LUAR founder Raul Lopez’s New York perspective.
Advisry x HOKA
Advisry teamed up with HOKA for an exclusive footwear collaboration at its New York show. Presented alongside the collection, “America, Still,” the partnership saw HOKA’s new street-ready Clifton UTL reimagined through Advisry’s distinctive lens, with just-launched colorways joined by customized pairs created specifically for the runway. Blending HOKA’s signature cushioning and performance-driven construction with a more fashion-forward aesthetic, the collaboration brought a utilitarian edge to Advisry’s sartorial take on contemporary American style.
Dauphinette x UGG
Dauphinette teamed up with UGG for its SS27 runway, giving the footwear brand’s familiar silhouettes an art-driven makeover. Known for her playful approach to craftsmanship and transformation, designer Olivia Cheng reimagined UGG styles as wearable works of art, with custom pairs featuring palette-knifed paint inspired by impasto painting, Monet’s “Water Lilies” and a vintage chinoiserie room divider. Other styles were reupholstered using off-cut fabrics from the collection, bringing a tactile, upcycled element to the collaboration. The show featured both new and classic UGG women’s styles, including the Zora Leather Ballet Flat, Zora Suede Ballet Flat, Tasman II and Classic Mini.
