Burberry's Arthur Sneaker Is About to Become This Season's It-Shoe

The new shoes are named after Arthur Wellesley, the 1st Duke of Wellington, who is known for transforming the wellington boot into an iconic piece in the early 19th century.
The shoe takes on the ever-growing chunky sneaker trend, boasting a modern shape and design that is accented with a polished rubber sole. The footwear pays homage to the classic wellington boot as well as water-proof galoshes worn by sailors, and combine fashion with utility.
